  • %Windows%\System32\[random string].exe

Remove GuardPcs associated registry entries:

  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GuardPcs
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GuardPcs
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\GuardPcs
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “GuardPcs.exe”
