My computer will not allow me to download the removal tool it brings up a ‘website cannot be displyed’ page. I also removed the registry entry
‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Spyware Guard 2009 ‘
and all files and folders but still will not rmove virus. Any help?

when I try to download the Spyware Guard 2009 Removal Tool, it says I am not connected to the internet

Colt, you should try downloading our removal tool on some other machine and then saving it to CD of usb stick. Spyware Guard 2009 is known to keep people from connecting to the internet, especially when it comes to installing security utilities.

Joseph, you may also try to install our remover on a different PC, save it to some data medium and then move to the infected machine. It should work. Not being able to connect to the internet is one of the pranks of Spyware Guard 2009.
