		<description>okay folks...this one works...got to C:\documents and settings\all users\application data ...find the folder which is just a random number and open it, inside you should find two folders one with the system security tiger stripe shield and another. rename these something like 333 and 444 and then change the folder number to something like 555. Restart your computer and then download the removal tool - now, System Security scam should prevent you from using genuine antivirus software. Stick with it too and you will triumph.</description>

You should try to run the removal tool in Safe Mode with  Netwoking which is entered by repeatedly pressing F8 key when booting up.
On a predominant majority of occasions, it works.
